Suboxone) - relapse will result in immediate eviction
- If client relapses they must attend 36 hr detox/
observation prior to application acceptance
- Absolutely no men are allowed on property
- You must attend 90 meetings in 90 days
& get a sponsor within 1st two weeks
- Your room & the house must be clean at all times
(3) warnings will result in eviction
- No one is allowed in another’s room without
the resident being present
- For the first week curfew is 9pm
- After the first week curfew is 10pm Mon - Sat
9pm on Sun. (3) warnings will result in eviction
- Curfew is 11pm after 30 days

- Rent is paid on the same day as when you check in
There is a $20.00 per day fee for late rent
- No sleeping in the common room
- No smoking in the house. (Incl. candles, incense, etc)
- No visitors. (Except family members or sponsors)
- You must comply with room searches. At least 2
staff members will conduct room searches together
- Stealing will result in eviction
- Weekend passes are allowed after (30) days
- You must have a job within 2 weeks of entering residence
