- Zero tolerance for drugs/alcohol (incl. Metha done & Suboxone) - relapse will result in immediate eviction.
- If client relapses they must attend 36 hr detox/ observation prior to application acceptance.
- Absolutely no men are allowed on property.
- You must attend 90 meetings in 90 days & get a sponsor within 1st two weeks.
- Your room & the house must be clean at all times (3) warnings will result in eviction.
- No one is allowed in another’s room without the resident being present.
- For the first week curfew is 9pm.
- After the first week curfew is 10pm Mon - Sat 9pm on Sun. (3) warnings will result in eviction.
- Curfew is 11pm after 30 days.
- Rules are subject to change.
- Stealing will result in eviction.
- You must submit to random drug tests.
- Weekend passes are allowed after (30) days.
- You must have a job within 2 weeks of entering residence.
- You must attend a mandatory house meeting every Sun morning.
- You must commit to a minimum (90) day stay.
- All parties involved in confrontation will be immediately evicted.
- Rent is paid on the same day as when you check in - There is a $20.00 per day fee for late rent.
- No sleeping in the common room.
- No smoking in the house. (Incl. candles, incense, etc).
- No visitors. (Except family members or sponsors).
- You must comply with room searches. At least 2 staff members will conduct room searches together.
